How do I confirm my reservation?

If you have already received a confirmation number, such as "HR00000" your reservation is confirmed instantly. If you have received a number, such as "H 00000" your request is currently being processed. Please wait for our reply.

If you have a confirmation number, but different from above, we are not able to reconfirm your reservations. Please contact your travel agent or other web site company through which you made your reservation. Present your current confirmation number upon arrival.

Do you have travel industry rates?

We are very sorry, but our hotels do not offer any special rates for the travel industry or airline staff.
Please click on the reservations page and find the best available rates online.

Is high speed internet available in guest rooms?

Yes, at selected hotels. Click here for a list of hotels and rate information.

I'm having online reservations problems.

If you did not successfully complete our online reservation process, the following may be the reasons:

• Please verify your desired years (contact us directly for 2006 rates) "
• If you entered correct dates and years, but still cannot make a reservation, please contact our reservation center near you or hotel directly. Please be advised that the rates posted on the web site are not confirmable at the reservations center. "

How do I cancel a reservation?

Reservation & Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel, please advise us 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.
Late Cancellations and No Shows may result in a one night penalty charge.

How do I contact a hotel guest?

Unfortunately, we cannot relay any e-mail messages to hotel guests. If you need to contact a guest, please send a fax to hotel where the guest is staying.
